The Florida Cracker Trail Association is a non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to the mission of “Keeping History Alive”, by educating through demonstration, the Old Florida Cracker Pioneer ways of agriculture, animal husbandry, and respect for the land as well as the hardships and joys of life on the original frontier.

FCTA Membership

Membership in the Florida Cracker Trail Association, Inc. is required for participation in any of the events sponsored by the Association and to take part in the annual cross-state ride. Membership dues are due on an annual basis. Two types of membership are offered.

Family Membership

Family membership is the choice for a couple or family, consisting of parents/guardians with a child/children under the age of 18. Maximum of five (5) children in the immediate family.

Family membership is $35.00 annually and entitles the member to participate in scheduled member ride-meetings held on ranches and in parks in Central Florida, participate in various civic functions, pursue the mission of the Florida Cracker Trail Association and its endeavors, receive newsletters, and take part in the annual cross-state ride. Riders MUST be a FCTA member 30 days prior to the start of the Annual Cross State Ride in order to participate.

Individual Membership

Individual membership is the choice for one person, over the age of 18, who has no other immediate family member wishing to become a member. Individual membership is $25.00 annually and entitles the member to the same benefits as a Family Membership.
